PLUMBING PROJECT: Update 7-15-20
The Villas at Zermatt HOA is installing & upgrading essential plumbing components to improve the building's plumbing system. The plumbing project will be completed in multiple stages. The first stage will be to install isolation valves on the main water line throughout the entire building. The second stage will be installing new plumbing components (mixing valves, actuators, belimo valves, etc.) inside each Villa. This will be done on a scheduled basis and coordinated with rental providers and owners. The third stage will be to balance the water pressure in the water lines throughout the building and each individual unit/room. The total plumbing project is anticipated to take 6-8 weeks.
